Which of your data do we process? And for what purposes?
We process the following data in order to comply with our legal obligation to document attendance and to enable the health authorities to trace any contacts in the context of the Corona pandemic: Name, telephone number, address, email address, municipality or district of your residence or permanent address, time of attendance.

What is the legal basis for this?
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is our legal obligation based on § 5, Second SARS-CoV-2 Infection Protection Measures Ordinance of the State of Berlin iVm DSGVO Art. 6 para. 1 lit c.

How long is the data stored?
We store data for Corona contact tracing for the legally required period of 4 weeks. Subsequently, only the data required to fulfill our retention obligations under commercial and tax law are stored for the legally prescribed period - usually 10 years - and then deleted.

To which recipients is the data passed on?
For your payment, we forward you to our payment service provider Paypal. There you can make the payment.
Financial accounting data will be forwarded to tax advisors and financial authorities to the extent necessary.

Attendance documentation will be forwarded to the relevant authorities, usually the public health department, if a risk of infection is identified on the date in question, e.g. because a visitor was ill or suspected of being ill at the time of the visit.

Is there an obligation to provide data?
Access to or stay in the exhibition is not permitted without the truthful provision of the legally required data.

Where is the data processed?
The data is processed exclusively on our own server in Germany.

Your rights as a "data subject
You have the right to information about the personal data we process about you.
In the case of a request for information that is not made in writing, we ask for your understanding that we may then require evidence from you that proves that you are the person you claim to be.
Furthermore, you have a right to rectification or deletion or to restriction of processing, insofar as you are entitled to this by law.
Furthermore, you have a right to object to processing within the scope of the law. The same applies to a right to data portability.
